Well , finally we completed the 2ND Treasure Hunt and it was a great success !
Helped by the good weather the journey started on Countessway in Euxton and
ended up at The Highfield in Croston .There were 11 cars entered leaving in 5 minute
intervals from 1500 . Amanda , Natasha & Simon won Nicola & Friends were 2nd
Kim & john were 3rd
There was a bit of a problem with directions in Eccleston .
Unfortunately I forgot to note the name of a road which turned out to be Bannister Lane and when I asked Autoroute it gave me Woodhart Lane .
Added to this right at the entrance to Woodhart Lanewas a sign for Delph Scuba Diving which was a clue for further up the road , so apologies
for that and most people got around it without too much difficulty Funniest moments were Simons photo see above now in Hot Or Not and secondly
after some concern as to whether or not our1st competitors Sheila & Frances were lost they turned up after 2 hours 45 mins had a quick drink
then setup offhome by getting lost on the pub car parkand driving up someones private drive !
