SYLVIA BROWN MANAGER OF DEETOWN PLAYERS

Dear Cliff, Yes I will grant you an audience for this interview.  Only because you sort out my pc every now and then though.
1 - Before we start properly Sylvia , tell us a little about yourself , Name , Age (if you want), Sex, Job, Where you live etc .
1.    Sylvia Brown age 60, female, living in the borough of Whelley, Wigan.

2 - When did you join and how do you know our Organiser Cliff .
2.    I joined the Fantasy football league in 2003.  Sadly bt nobbled me by changing to bt / Yahoo and I was unable to access my team for management purposes.

3 - Cliff reckons yours will be 1 of the best Interviews as he says you are a past master at them , would you like to expand ? 
3.    Interviews.........ah well, there we are.  Some of us have it some of us don't. I have no desire to appear conceited or vain, however as you ask perhaps it is my knowledge, skill, charm, good looks and irresistablility I always seem to get the job.

4 - Where do you expect to finish in the Fantasy league this season ? 
4.    Where do I expect to finish?  oh not being too presumptious, after all you need to be aware of the sudden hidden factor that can upset the balance, like world war three, so being modest, probably second or third.

5 - What car do you drive ? 
5.    Car, my car is a work tool so I use a working car the good old English made, English developed ROVER.

6 - What type of music do you like ? 
6.   My music, I have a rather wide taste ranging from classical to romantic ballads, to good old 60's ROCK & ROLL.

7 - Favourite TV Programme ? 
7.    This has got to be the 'Weakest Link'.  What an ambassador for women is our Anne.

8 - Favourite Film ?
8.    My favourite film is 'First Wives Club'.  Wouldn't like you to think I would hold a grievance or anything like that.
 
9 - What's your pet hate ?
9.    Abuse of guitars.

10 - If you were stuck alone on a desert island and a genie granted you 3 things you could have with you on that  island what  would they be ?
10    Richard Gere, Sean Connery, George Clooney.
 
11 - You've just become Prime Minister , what's the 1st policy you'd introduce ?
11    Women have the controlling vote in any dispute with men and children.
 
12 - If you were to describe yourself as a car , what would you be and why ?
12    I would liken myself to the Rolls Royce Siver Ghost.  Sedate, serene and seductive, but she will leave you standing in her silent wake.

13 - What's your favourite past-time ?
13    Chilling by the pool, in the sun, with a good book and a bar near to hand.

14 - You've just won £5 million pound on the lottery , what's the 1st 3 things you buy ? 
14    My first three purchases if I won the lottery.  Buy another ticket because obviously my luck is in.  A big trunk and a round the world ticket to ride.
 
15 - What football team do you support (If any) ?
15.    Who Else  but "DEETOWN PLAYERS"

16 - I understand your son-in-law doesn't have a team in our league , what's he afraid of , have you threatened him ?
16.    Actually I have great respect for my son in law, however we all have these blind spots now and then.

17 - Do you have any funny Nursing stories to share with us ? 
17.    A few but like all ladies 'Confidentiality' prevents me from sharing what could be ambarrasing for some poor unfortunate, like the lady on Private Wing who wanted "tea on a tray in the toilet".

18 - And finally , if you were to emigrate , where would you go & why ? 
18.    Probably somewhere towards the South of France.  A warmer climate, a little more civilised than England.
